Regardless of sport, teams that are deeply connected - to their goals, values, purpose, and each other - perform more consistently at higher levels.
Team education sessions, activities, and workshops seek to teach and develop the skills, characteristics, and connections necessary for groups of people to become more than the sum of their parts, to help them create and make good use of individual and collective strengths, and to seek out and maximize opportunities to grow, succeed, and fulfill their collective purpose.
